Dear Kim, Our search for a Beagle Puppy began by looking in the classified section of Dog Fancy Magazine. We saw the ad for Great Oaks Kennels and gave them a call. We talked to Kim Sepulveda and found her to be knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough. She sent us pictures of previous litters and we were amazed at how cute the puppies were. We decided on a female and put a deposit on one of the upcoming litters. Kim kept us advised as to the progress of the litter, and sent us pictures when the puppies were born. We brought our puppy home on August 22, 1998. She has been an absolute joy and a welcome addition to our family. We named her Karma. She is intelligent, playful, and filled with a wonderful puppy spirit. She was house-broken within two weeks and has not chewed up our shoes or our furniture. When we take Karma for walks our neighbors stop us and comment on how beautiful a puppy she is. We have no plans on showing her. We just wanted a healthy, happy puppy and that is exactly what we got.
