Dear Kim, We've had a great first year with our beautiful "Lady". She is a happy, sweet, energetic girl, who loves to play with her family and other animals. She gets along well with our cat "Patches". Lady's favorite activities are eating, playing catch-me-if-you-can, tug-of-war, going on walks, car rides, and trips to the dog beach. She has been very healthy and easy to care for. She's not crazy about being brushed, but she hardly sheds at all. She's been through beginning obedience class and knows come, sit, stay, down, heel and tricks like beg, shake, rollover, and kiss. She listens well if food is involved, otherwise, if she feels like it! She can be very mischievous, so having a sense of humor at her antics helps. Lady has several amazing qualities. One is that she can jump quite high, and would really do well in agility class. Secondly, are her temperament and looks. She attracts people to her like a magnet. Countless people, young and old, have stopped us on walks to comment on her. Strangers have even yelled out "beautiful dog" from passing buses. Kids in the neighborhood volunteer to walk her.
